All ready to ship items will ship within one week. Made-to-order items will ship in about 6 to 10 weeks, if ordered with in-stock items, items will ship separately and extra shipping charges may be required. All made-to-order items will ship together!

Orders ship from Portland, Maine using USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail or UPS Ground. Prices are calculated by weight, size and location. All ceramic orders are insured for their full value and have tracking. Shipping materials are plastic-free and recyclable, thank you for taking your time to reuse or recycle them.

If you would like to pick up your order at my Portland, Maine studio and waive shipping costs, please choose PICKUP under order options at checkout.

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of my pieces, returns will not be accepted. If you receive your package and any of your items are damaged, please be in touch as soon as possible at hi@chloemaybrown.com.

Any customs duty on international orders is the responsibility of the recipient.
